im back. I decided to give myself a kick in the pants after noticing that my weight has steadily climbed back up. Meh. I haven’t weighed myself properly though. so yeah, no number. I decided that today was clean eating day. (food log to be posted later) and NO NO NO desserts/ sweets.

If you’ve hit a giant anti-motivational wall or you’re trying to recover from a string of rubbish days, try this two week programme. Do it cumulatively so by Day 14 you’ll be doing everything everyday and the aim is to have yourself ready to get back into your usual routine by the end of the two weeks.
